Fiona’s career has spanned a variety of different sectors, including retail, construction and utilities, but her first love is transport. She worked for a number of years within road logistics in both HR and general management roles, in the UK and North America and then for five years in rail freight as HR Director responsible for operations in UK, France and Spain. As well as her expertise in HR leadership Fiona brings with her a passion for improving customer satisfaction through continuous improvement, safety and working with colleagues at all levels.
